Issue

The BIM Server libraries are not found after installing BIM Server 15 in any project opened. (Only affects INT, USA, GER language versions of BIM Server 15 as only those have build number 3003)

Cause

If you have both 1300 and 1400 module of BIM Server, and install BIM Server 15, the installer changes the Default Library Folder path which can be checked in the BIM Server Manager/Preferences.
The default setting is .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Attachments, and the changed path will be .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Server Modules/1300/TeamworkServer/Attachments.
The BIM Server will try to find the libraries following the new path, but will not be able to.

You can prevent this problem in either of these two ways:

Make sure you have migrated all projects to module 14 successfully, and remove BIM Server 13 module before installing 15. Inside .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Uninstall folder there are separate uninstallers for each module - you can uninstall the 13 module while keeping 14.
The problem affects the original DVD version of INT, USA, and GER version - These all have build number 3003. The problem has been fixed in build 3006. All other language versions of ArchiCAD 15 were produced from build 3006 (or higher), so they don't exhibit this problem. Users of INT, GER and USA versions can also download the fixed build 3006 version from https://myarchicad.com/. Register for a Trial version and download both ArchiCAD 15 and BIM Server/BIM Server Manager. When you install ArchiCAD, you will have the option to install it as a full commercial version instead of a Trial.

Solution #1

Uninstall BIM Server 15 module
Open TeamworkServer.config.xml file from .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Server Modules/1300/TeamworkServer/Config folder: find the path at attachmentFolder tag, change it to the default .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Attachments and save

Restart the server machine, or if it is not possible, stop all of the 6 (2 times 3) BIM Server services and start them manually.
Install BIM Server 15 (3003) module again

Solution #2

Uninstall BIM Server 15 module
Open TeamworkServer.config.xml file from .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Server Modules/1400/TeamworkServer/Config folder: find the path at attachmentFolder tag, change it to the default .../Graphisoft/BIM Server/Attachments and save

Restart the server machine, or if it is not possible, stop all of the 6 (2 times 3) BIM Server services and start them manually.
Install BIM Server 15 (3006) module which can be downloaded from https://myarchicad.com/. Register for a Trial version and download both ArchiCAD 15 and BIM Server/BIM Server Manager. When you install ArchiCAD, you will have the option to install it as a full commercial version instead of a Trial.
