Issue
A team member crashes during a sign-in, send/receive and there is no way to retrieve a valid draft. The team administrator should be able to force that member out of the project but no longer seems able to do so.
Cause
The team administrator tries to force a team member out of the project and receives the never-ending beach ball.
Solution
Everyone, except for one person, signs out sending changes to the project. The last person signed in receives all changes and saves a new solo project. That solo project is then shared and the old teamwork file is abandoned.
