How to migrate TeamWork files

If you wish TeamWork files to ArchiCAD 10, it is best to migrate the whole TeamWork Project, including Layout Books.
It is not possible to Sign Into a TeamWork Project File using both ArchiCAD 9 and ArchiCAD 10. Every member of the Team must have an ArchiCAD version the version number of which matches the version number of the TeamWork Project File.

If you try to Sign Into an ArchiCAD 9 TeamWork Project File in ArchiCAD 10, the following alert will appear:

So as a first step, all Team Members should Send & Receive Changes, so the TeamWork Project File will have all the latest modifications made in the Project. After they have signed out, they will not be able to send their changes to this TeamWork Project File again from that draft they are working on.
After this all Team Members must Sign Out of the TeamWork Project File.
When this is done, all Team Members must upgrade ArchiCAD to version 10.
After all Members signed out, the Team Leader must Sign In with exclusive access, then Sign Out. When he Signs Out, the TeamWork Project File (the *.PLP File) is updated, and from that point on, the File will be a version 10 file and no-one can Sign Into it using ArchiCAD 9.

There is another way you can obtain a version 10 TeamWork Project File: after all Team Members Send & Receive Changes, the last Team Member Receives Changes and save his TeamWork Draft File (*.PLC File) as an ArchiCAD Solo Project (*.PLN). Alternately, the Team Leader may save the TeamWork Project File as ArchiCAD Solo Project after all Team Members Signed Out.
After any needed Project Setup modifications are done on this ArchiCAD Solo Project, it can then be shared again as a TeamWork Project (*.PLP File).

By Project Setup modifications, we mean any step done on this Solo Project File mentioned in the Project Migration pages (http://www.archicadwiki.com/archicad_10/ProjectMigration). These may include:

The guiding principle is that the Team Leader creates anything that is needed in the file prior to again sharing it so it will be available to all Team Members. Later, when they are all Signed In, it will be more time-consuming to apply these changes.

When all needed step are done by the Team Leader, he saves the PLN File, then shares it, now in ArchiCAD 10.
All Team Members can then again Sign In to their previous workplaces.
If the shared TeamWork Project File contains Layouts, these may be reserved by Team Members as part of their Workplace.
